Yes, if you are not located in Madison County, TN. 16-30 miles is a $20 travel fee, 31-60 miles is a $40 travel fee, and 61-100 miles is $60-$90 travel fee.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no shows may be subject to a travel or service fee, especially for extended distance.
Clients must present valid, unexpired government issued photo identification at the time of service.
